ZillowVERIFIED I had a very frustrating experience with Mariam Rodriguez. Not only was I surprised by an unexpected extra charge for removing the sign, but the lack of transparency made me feel undervalued as a client. As technology continues to advance, I believe the role of realtors will diminish, and I hope that those in the profession recognize the need for better communication and service. It's a shame when a lack of professionalism drives clients away.

ZillowVERIFIED Fredy and his team were great to work with. He helped us sell our home and also assisted with other things as we were from out of the area. So that saved us time and the hassle to drive out to the property unnecessarily. He is a straight shooter, and works hard to get the job done.

ZillowVERIFIED Fredy and his group are probably the best realtors I have ever worked with. I chose him because of his reputation in real estate as well as the fact that he has an entire team working with him. He has picked top notch Escrow and other services who were all quick and easy to work with. Fredy understands our area very well and helped us price our house so it would sell. We had a buyer within two weeks! That's not to suggest the house was under-priced, in fact our home sold for more than any of the comps in our neighborhood. You'll be making a good choice if you go with Fredy as your realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED The experience was amazing they answered all my questions and even explained things as the prices went along. They didnt get annoyed with me contacting them frequently and asking more questions as we close to the escrow process. They provided me with all the tools I needed to get our family home in a short amount of time and it was the best experience. Truly recommend them to my friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I inherited a property in California that was in need of updating and needed lots of love which was more than we can handle, so we decided to list it on the market. Finding a realtor that we can trust, who understood the local market and who would be responsive was most important to us since we live out of state. I did my research online and decided on contacting Freddy and we are so glad that we did!! From the moment we reached out, he was on top of everything. He visited the property right away, pulled comps, gave us his expert opinion and really just went above and beyond with everything we needed. After having some clean up to the property done, the house hit the market and Fredy and his team had it under contract in 2 WEEKS!!! The entire process from start to finish went great, the few hiccups we had were expected from our appraisal and Fredy helped us facilitate the vendors we needed so even that was great. Having a realtor who does what they say they are was Godsend. We are thankful to Fredy Rodriguez Real Estate Group for all their hard work and professionalism throughout the transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Fredy Rodriguez is the only option in you're selling or buying real estate in Southern California. Fredy is the premier real estate agent in the region for a reason. You will not find a more hard-working and honest professional to entrust with your real estate needs. Fredy made me a lot more money than I would have made working with anyone else. Fredy easily paid for himself, he is a real estate wizard.

ZillowVERIFIED Terrible experience I don't recommend them the only thing she wants is to make you spend more money because she wants to earn a higher commission it's better to find other representatives with more ethics and who really want to help you terrible I don't recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Fredy always made himself available and was quick to respond to any questions we had when helping us with selling our home, and would take the time to help us with any referrals or recommendations with the many details. From the first meeting, through every step of the process, he treated us like family, rather than simply clients. With his professionalism, helpfulness, and his genuinely welcoming personality, we highly recommend him and his company. He represents his beautiful family, as an honest man caring for you and yours.

ZillowVERIFIED This is by far one of the most deserved reviews I had the chance to write. I'm starting by thanking this amazing hard working young agent. A few months back she was representing the buyer on our first investment flip and she rolled her sleeves making sure her buyer landed on a safe transaction as well as making sure the transaction come to a successful close for us. She kept constant communication with my selling agent and and made sure to deliver results. And that is just the beginning of the review, she made such an amazing representation that it wasn't dificult to go into a a new investment with her and Fredy Rodriguez Realstate group, in a neglected almost abandoned house at mission lakes. Funny thing while she was on her vacations she made sure to track every moment of the purchase and deal with every, inconvenience from the association until a successful closing. But that's not all she made sure to go further and suggest a strategy for selling this house fast in the middle of a slow several days listed area and made sure to track the progress of the renovations, making sure that all angles being covered.I must confess that....Against my own impulses to list higher she stood firm recommending the wise strategy for a competitive price and create a happy new home buyer and us a a grateful happy sellers.Long story short followed her advise and closed on record time!We are truly blessed to have this confident hard working team player on our circle of business and friends. Backed up by an amazing team!

ZillowVERIFIED She was very quick to react and think of other solutions for financing especially when it comes to using a veterans loan. Definitely recommend her for all veterans trying to get a home and her knowledge of using an actual mortgage company versus going to a bank for a loan.

ZillowVERIFIED I sold a property with Fredy recently and I cannot speak highly enough of him. Fredy quickly won my trust because his focus was on my needs and goals as his client over everything else. Fredy puts the client first, I cannot recommend him highly enough. Ive worked with some good realtors in my time, but Fredy is by far the best, he his in a league of his own. Seriously, I would give Fredy ten stars out of five if I could. Hes that good.

ZillowVERIFIED If you want a local Realtor who can get the job done, Fredy is your man!Right from the start we were very impressed with his professionalism, organizational skills, knowledge of the industry and presentation. Normally in the past I aEURoeinterviewaEUR? two to three Realtors before choosing one. However, Fredy from the get go had all the information needed to market our home. He had charts, short video comparisons. He was not going to leave until he was satisfied we had a complete understanding of his process and team. We felt very comfortable going with him right away.Needles to say, we agreed upon a sales price and strategy right then. A day or so later he brought in his photographer. Another highly professional job. Within hours of hitting MLS the appointments started racking up. We were getting several bids. However, Fredy waited and after the weekend gave everyone interested a chance to offer their best and final. His strategy worked as not only did we get our asking price but $44,000 over! Fredy will work with you, keep you informed, deal with the little problems that may ariseaEUR|aEUR|so again, you want a local man, who will sell your home for top dollar and quicklyaEUR|.Fredy Rodriguez is your man!

ZillowVERIFIED I've known Fredy since 2014 and he went from being my Realtor, to being my friend, to being my brother. He helped me buy my first home in 2014, sold my parents home in 2017, and most recently sold my home in 2021. Each time he went above and beyond our expectations, and recently sold our home for $27,500 above the asking price and within 3 days. He is knowledgeable about the market, is always very accessible, and is not afraid to tell you the truth. He and his team hustles, they are working for you constantly, and they make you feel like you are the only client that they have (which is definitely not true). I recommend Fredy and his team to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a house in the Coachella Valley. Give him a call, you wont regret it.

Fredy was the best! He kept every appointment as promised and answered every question I came up with. He was diligent and showed respect to all the various people and transactions involved. His professional attention to detail made sorting through 14 offers in six days a breeze. He made that 15 day close happen, too. No easy task. If possible, I would put Fredy in my back pocket and he would handle every real estate deal from now on. I would never hesitate a moment to recommend Fredy and his team.

ZillowVERIFIED Fredy was absolutely INCREDIBLE. This man might be the most humble, knowledgeable, attentive person that I know. As an agent, he turned this scary, complex process into a very very simple (or at least as simple as it possibly could be!) transaction. I found the perfect investment property, with incredible cash flow potential. Fredy got me an INCREDIBLE deal, buying the property at a discount of 50,000 below the asking price. He got me probably $10,000 in repairs on the property (that had no prior issues... just minor repairs like improving the roof, etc).He fought for me as if he was my attorney. He explained every little thing to me, not to belittle me, but to ensure that I knew exactly what was happening at every step. Sometimes I messaged him in the middle of the night or early in the morning, and he responded immediately. My loan fell through, and he got his brother to secure me an incredible loan at a better rate than I could have ever imagined. You should have no doubt about going to this man as your agent. He will get you a deal better than your wildest dreams. Fredy Rodriguez is very successful, but I imagine that soon, once the world finds out how incredible his skills are, he will no longer be as accessible to us common-people as he is today... Take advantage of this incredible opportunity of working with him today, while you can!Thank you so much Fredy, my agent, and Erick, my broker! I will be working with you for all of my future properties, and giving you all the referrals that I can get!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I are were so blessed to have Fredy as our realtor. He spent a lot of time with and without us to ensure we found a vacation home of our dreams. (Especially, my hardworking husband who has wanted to own a property on a golf course for as long as I can remember) He never made us feel rushed. Thanks for being super responsive, honest, and extremely knowledgeable about the local market. He gave us his honest opinion about each property, which we really appreciated. House hunting can be stressful, but we had so much confidence in Fredy that we didn't feel overwhelmed. We were able to meet a few neighbors tonight what an excellent community to be a part of ???We will highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top realtor in the Palm Desert / La Quinta / & surrounding area.God Bless ??
