Have been working in the real estate industry since 2008. Started in residential then expanded into commercial and was working on a 3 person team selling and listing restaurants, commercial office buildings, working on assemblages, Sale prices varied from 300-500K on the restaurants, to 1,900,000 on the office buildings, and 1 million + on the land segments for the assemblages. Worked on multifamilies with international investors,as well as single family homes and condominiums. Worked with all clients, regardless of price levels of properties. Wanted to be able to help people with the most important as well as the most expensive outlay they would be making in day to day life.
