    Freddy was great in this transaction. Very difficult issues with a special assessment and the fact that the condo was destroyed by tenants. Freddy was still able to get us more than I though was even possible. I would highly recommend him to assist you in your real estate needs.

    Freddy was great. Not only did we get an excellent realtor, but an excellent friend for life. Freddy took our home sale personally and helped us through the difficult emotional issues of this type of transaction. Sure his marketing and administrative skills were terrific, but he jumped in with both feet with a team of skilled and devoted professionals.
