The long of it: Fredda worked with me for the better part of 2 years to find something in my budget. She scheduled showings for me of many different places in a scale of price rages and once she learned my likes and dislikes, she tailored her searches and really brought me to places I loved. She helped educate me a long the way to things that don't come naturally to people that don't know how the market works. When it came time to put an offer in, she advocated for me with selling agents and ultimately got me in the home I wanted at a price I could afford (in an unaffordable market). She immediately responded and viewed our house to give us an estimate of what it might sell for. The price she suggested was great, but we weren't quite ready to sell. She was patient and understanding with us. She checked back with us several times over the next year and each time she provided us with an excellent understanding of the market and our home's value. Even though we were slow to decide to sell, at no point did she pressure us to list with her. When we finally decided to put our home on the market in the spring of 2021, Fredda not only recommended ways to improve our home before showing it but she also gave us names of people who could do the work.
