Fred Wulff

Fred Wulff is a top-producing San Antonio military Realtor with REMAX Corridor, a retired U.S. Air Force Special Operations Combat Controller, and a military and veteran real estate specialist serving Military City USA.

Fred served 21 years in the Air Force before transitioning into residential construction as a Warranty Manager for D.R. Horton. He later became a middle school science teacher before bringing that unique combination of military leadership, construction knowledge, and education into his real estate career.

Helping active-duty military members, veterans, PCS families, and VA homebuyers has become a cornerstone of Fred's real estate business. Most recently, Fred completed four years of service as Education Director for the San Antonio chapter of the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals, or VAREP. In that role, he helped educate real estate professionals on better serving military families, veterans, and VA homebuyers throughout the San Antonio community and is a graduate of the Texas REALTORSA(R) Leadership Program (TRLP)

In 2025, Fred was the top-selling agent in his brokerage. He also gives back to Children's Miracle Network with every home bought or sold and was recognized as the top REMAX agent in Texas and #5 in the country for his Children's Miracle Network support.
