Calling Tyler with DiBernardo Reality was the best move we made after I was offered a job out of state. As anyone could imagine, there was so much to do -- moving our stuff, finding a new school for our young one, flights, moving companies, growing expenses, oh my. Tyler and his office gave us the confidence we needed to get through it all. The biggest worry was what to do with our one-bedroom condo. We knew it would require a special kind of buyer, and Tyler found that buyer.We met with Tyler in early November 2018, and he drafted up a plan of action. The plan included much-needed updates to our condo. Tyler was even able to recommend a crew to work on our place (I did bid this work out and the crew's estimate still came under other bids), and it came out spectacular. We didn't want to leave when it was done.What was impressive was how well the crew accommodated my family, who stayed behind as I left in late 2019 to start my new job. Once the work was done, my family joined me in my new home state and and the place went on the market in January. Tyler was in constant contact with me -- either by text, email or phone. He was very good at explaining where we were in the process, what decisions we needed to make, and what those decisions would mean. By the time we accepted an offer, I felt like a real pro. The reason was the way Tyler broke things down and provided the reassurance I needed throughout the process. In one month, our place was sold. You can't go wrong with Tyler and DiBernardo Reality. Like I said, it was the best call I made.
