We went through numerous realtors in the past and it seemed like we weren't really a priority to them so they didn't really care or not if the house sold. After 3 months with Franz as our agent the house was sold and we could finally move on with our lives and could stop worrying about the house in New Mexico. He is a great real estate agent and there isn't enough good we can say about the job he does.

I initially selected him because of his knowledge of the REO market, which other brokers lacked. As the real estate market has recovered, I have found Franz equally skilled at regular sales and short-sales. His skillful contacts with listing brokers helped to elicit very useful information regarding upcoming price drops and the minimum acceptable purchase price as well as to negotiate on closing costs. He has a good eye for defects, good information on repair costs, and relationships with careful appraisers -- all critical for REO purchases. Finally, he has good relationships with loan officers at a number of the big lenders. He is hard working and responsive. It's a pleasure to work with him!
