ZillowVERIFIED Our experience was exceptional with Frank Ventresca. We were nervous about selling during the covid-19 pandemic, of course. The home was on the market only 14 days when we received various offers, all over asking price! One offer, which we accepted, was for $42k over asking price. Frank ran open houses for both Sat. and Sun. on two consecutive weekends and that produced the winning offer. Communications with Frank were always timely and informative. His indepth knowledge of the area, the benefits and attributes of the address and the features of the home itself produced excellent results.Overall, our experience with Frank was excellent and would recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Frank got the condo sold in less than 30 days. Initially we had our rental condo on the market for over 90 days with a different realtor and had no offers. We contemplated renting and had met with 2 qualified renters prior to our meeting with Frank. Frank said, "Give me 30 days. You don't have to accept an offer you don't want." We decided to run the 30 days with him. In the meantime we took 2 weeks making minor fixes before Frank could list. He listed on a Wednesday, calling for all offers the following Monday. FOUR (4) offers came in. He went back for best and final. We ended up with an offer $37,000 (9.6%) above listing and at our desired sale price. After the offer was in, Frank continued to make sure all requirements were met prior to keep the deal on track to close within 30 days. We closed a month later. This was all done with us living out of state 330 miles away. We highly recommend Frank.
