ZillowVERIFIEDI was very impressed by Frank and his team throughout the entire selling process. From the strategy with the listing price, to the photos and the sizzle reel video his team created (which was excellent, almost made me want to stay..lol), to picking a buyer from the submitted offer pool, to dealing with the eventual buyer, their agent and all their asks (standard & out of the norm). To Frank taking middle of the night phone calls while traveling to address our various questionsproblems. To eventually getting us across the finish line. I would HIGHLY recommend Frank Scaletta and his team!

ZillowVERIFIED Frank was wonderful to work with and I'm thankful that I found him. I had a tight timeline in a small area with limited options to buy in a extremely fast moving market. I never once had to follow up on anything I needed. I was a first time home buyer who had never toured a house in Chicago, and after meeting Frank I successfully closed on my new house 7 weeks later. Thank you.

ZillowVERIFIED Frank has helped me and my family with several real estate transactions over the years, and hes done an excellent job every time. He truly went above and beyond to make the process of selling our property as easy as possible, and our properties sold more quickly than expected thanks to his dedication. When we were looking for a new home, Frank was helpful and reliable and made the house-hunting process very enjoyable. He didnt mind the extra drive when we wanted to look at houses more than 40 miles from his office, and he made sure that we ultimately found the perfect house for our needs. Frank is great about keeping his clients informed through every step of the buying and/or selling process. His experience and knowledge of the real estate market are valuable assets, and he always knows what to do when any complications arise. He even helped us find an excellent real estate attorney and a plumber on short notice. Overall, Frank is professional, friendly, and has great communication skills, and Id recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Frank was so awesome to work with! As first time homebuyers we were completely clueless, and Frank made the whole process go smoothly for us, setting our minds at ease each step of the way. Frank was very knowledgeable not just about the neighborhoods where we were looking, but also about the mechanics and inner workings of a house that weve never had to think about before. As we viewed homes he would point out positives and negatives, explain how things work, and even give ideas for the homes potential. We will absolutely go with Frank again if/when the time comes, and will not hesitate to recommend him to others!

ZillowVERIFIED We had a great experience selling our home with Frank Scaletta representing us. Frank was super responsive and did his homework regarding our area and the comparables before we listed. Frank was also very realistic and flexible with workng with us to come up with the best listing, including the pricing as well as the beautiful photos and video tour for the online listing. During the showings Frank was very supportive and when offers were received he consulted with us with great care and attention to decide on the best offer to accept. We are able to sell very quickly and with a nice profit. For the close process Frank was again very responsive with communication and helped to make the closing process very smooth. Overall we would highly recommend Frank Scaletta as a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Frank was extremely helpful when we moved from out of state. He was able to FaceTime us from different properties even during the middle of a pandemic! He stayed in contact and then assisted us moving out of our apartment into a beautiful Chicago suburb. Frank was very patient in driving ALL over the Chicago area as our interests kept changing. He was available at a moments notice and also helped when negotiating our closing. Frank is one of the most dedicated realtors to work with! Hopefully he will help us sell when we are ready also!! ZillowVERIFIED With Frank Scaletta, you will find a hands-on, friendly realtor who knows the business. He respects the homeowner's wishes and concerns, while providing advice that will get your home sold. Whenever there was a development in the sale of our home, he was on the phone, talking us through what was happening with offers, counters, loan types, and more. He handles the negotiation side of real estate with class and acuity. Beyond all this, he is a truly genuine and nice person. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Frank Scalletta changed my life! quick summary - my situation was complicated and I was looking for something very specific in a short time frame. I did not know a lot about the process and had many questions (i am sure i annoyed him at some point). I was rejected from the first bank, and then the closing of my house was delayed. Frank never lost patience with me, communicated very well with me and was extremely professional at all times. i could not have asked for a better experience. i would recommend Frank to anyone who values honest opinion, patience and someone who will constantly go to bat for you. After 6 long months with no reward for me or Frank, he put me and my son into our dream house! Frank is the man!

ZillowVERIFIED Where do I begin!?!? Frank was outstanding through the whole process. As a first time home buyer, we were leery of real estate agents but Frank our all those fears to ease. He was patient, timely and honest. Over time he started understanding our preferences and helped guide us to a decision. His sole intentions were our happiness and minimizing stress, and he exceeded both those expectations. Frank is highly recommended and I look forward to working with him again. But before then, he has to come over for some KC style BBQ; that invite shows the relationship we built and how personable & friendly Frank is!!!
