ZillowVERIFIED I'll be the first to admit I'm not always the easiest person to work with; especially when it comes to something as big and important as a first-time home purchase. I'm always full of questions., which usually lead to more questions because I really like to dig into the details. By nature, I'm skeptical and cautious of everything and there aren't many hustles I haven't seen. Because I know this about myself, I struggled for a long time with picking a realtor. I dont even remember how I came across Franks contact information, but I was immediately impressed with fact that he didnt try to sell me on anything. He simply answered questions and offered insight. While every other realtor was telling me I had to buy immediately, Frank offered zero pushback when I floated the idea that waiting for a year to 18 months for prices and interest rates to drop might not be a bad idea. Ironically, not trying to sell me, was actually a big selling point. So, when the time came a year+ later, I reached out on a wing and a prayer. We went to look at a total of two properties before I knew Id found my home. It was a combination of timing and dumb luck that I got exactly what I wanted, where I wanted it, and for the price I wanted. Frank moved quickly getting my offer in on the same day. Due to the nature of the sellers situation, they needed a 29-day buyback, which I had a lot of doubts about given California squatters laws. Frank helped me understand the ins and outs of the situation and made me feel a lot better about it. He was even strategic about getting the sellers to make a roof repair even though I had waived most of my contingency options. But perhaps most impressive was his ability to navigate my ever-changing landscape of stress and emotions while going through all of this for the first time while also dealing with some very deep personal struggles. Overall, Frank was knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and easy to work with.

I was all over the place on what I was looking for in a property and he really stepped up and went above and beyond, all the while not letting my indecisiveness shake him one bit. True professional!
