I have never experienced service like this in my life. Frank did not just sell my home. He became a partner, an advisor, and a relentless advocate from beginning to end. He worked directly with contractors. He worked closely with the buyer. He created strategy after strategy to keep the deal moving forward. This was not an easy property to sell. The Tahoe market, the HOA, and unexpected challenges made it incredibly complex. Most agents would have backed away or lost momentum. Frank never once slowed down. He stayed on it, pushed through every obstacle, and carried the process all the way across the finish line. I could not have done this without him. Frank did a phenomenal job at selling my parent's house. I was concerned we were selling during the holidays but Frank's strategy quickly put me at ease.
