He was patient he made time for me knowing that I have a crazy schedule and 3 kids and a wife whos a nurse especially during the pandemic made everything more hectic. He didnt rush me into a descision and made great recommendations. He was more like a friend helping another out and giving his opinions. He was incredibly responsive and had great knowledge of our area. He really listened to what we were looking for in a new home. His recommendation for the offer on our home was spot-on and accepted without negotiation. We really appreciated his help with negotiating repairs after the home inspection. Since we were buying a home during the covid pandemic, I will also add that not even once did we feel uncomfortable or unsafe being around him as we viewed potential homes. He and his assistant Emily made us feel incredibly important and valued during the process - even sending a note of condolences when I unexpectedly lost my father during the process. ZillowVERIFIED I never felt that Mr.McManus had our best interests first and foremost as OUR Realtor. Mr.McManus' lack of attention to Detail, especially to Time Sensitive Dates, Documents and Correspondence was maddening. When Purchase & Sale of our property was presented, we first saw on OUR Review of the "Contingencies" that were put in place, issues we would have wanted discussed with Mr. McManus beforehand. At this point, based on our frustration and disappointment in both Mr. McManus and LaMacchia Realty, decided to hire our OWN Attorney to review all further paperwork regarding the sale of our property.
