We needed him to sell our home during a time when the markets were changing, selling season was starting, and so many within the community were losing their jobs because of government RIFs. THEN, we increased the pressure to seemingly an almost impossible task. We found our new dream home and put a contingency offer on it. We needed our current home sold within 30 days under the difficult market conditions. Frank answered all of our questions, worked with us on all our concerns, walked us through every step. One was the central kitchen, and the other was for our mother, who, in the later years, came back to live with her children. And third, the lot size was large, about 7.5 acres.
