This is what you need to know about Frank and his team, they are the absolute best choice for a realtor! We gave Frank a challenge to begin with. We needed him to sell our home during a time when the markets were changing, selling season was starting, and so many within the community were losing their jobs because of government RIFs. THEN, we increased the pressure to seemingly an almost impossible task. We found our new dream home and put a contingency offer on it. We needed our current home sold within 30 days under the difficult market conditions. Frank answered all of our questions, worked with us on all our concerns, walked us through every step. I am sure we overworked him, but he was always there with a smile and reassurance. He sold our house (actually had multiple buyers) within our deadline. Now we are happily moved and I am still so grateful to Frank and his team.
