Frank is very thorough and makes sure his I's are dotted and T's are crossed. Made all paperwork easy to understand and is willing to explain everything if we didn't understand it. Review Where do I start...?We met Frank through a family friend. I cannot say enough words on how much hard work and dedication one person puts into reality like Frank does.First, we sold our home FSBO; he helped us along the way even knowing he wouldn't gain a dime - gave pointers, advice, where to stop/end, how to communicate with another realtor. Knowing a little bit about reality; he didn't have to share this knowledge with us when we he knew we were selling FSBO. Our hunt for a house began shortly after, we dragged Frank practically all across Mid-Michigan looking at various houses, none that we could call 'home' yet (Out of the million realtors that are out there, we chose Frank) Why? Because he's real, he shares his opinions, he isn't about a quick sale, he will give you his left arm if you asked him. That is a realtor my husband and I wanted to work with. Trust me, we have worked with about 3-4 different realtors and wouldn't recommend them for a grain of rice. Frank knew what we were thinking just moments after stepping in a home that was clearly, not our style. Frank listened to my blabber about every possible idea I was going to do with a house we never put offers in. HAHA! We sent numerous text, made many phone calls and not once did we overwhelm or get one bad vibe from Frank. Frank knew going into house hunting I came with demands. What really made Frank shine (bright like a diamond) is the house we now call our H-O-M-E. Imagine putting in an awesome offer in on a house to finding out later on that a cash offer was now presented; lets be real (who can compete with that kind of money?!) that night we went to bed very frustrated knowing we lost the bid. The following morning we found out that Frank spend numerous hours on the phone that night and the morning of with the sellers agent to find out that the cash offer is off the table and that our offer was next!! Do you believe in miracles? Because I do! Frank stuck out his left arm for us, helped us, laughed with us, got frustrated with us. He is raw & he is the real deal!Out of our crazy house hunting stories, gaining a whole chapter in soon-to-be Franks new realtor book we sure did gain a good friend and would use/recommend him 1000X's over-over again.Thank you Frank McGillis!!!!
