Heather did a very good job keeping an eye out for the particular duplex I was looking for. She was honest in her assessments on whether neighborhoods were good or not or if there were problems with the houses we looked at. She was patient as I looked at a number of houses before settling on the one that I ultimately bought. She was very communicative and was of great assistance in mediating the final negotiation including letting me know if my offer was reasonable or not. I would definitely recommend her again.

Michael was amazing! He always responded quickly, was willing to go the extra mile to explain concepts and offers I didnt understand, and fast moving in terms of seeing homes and reaching out to realtors. He leveraged his connections with other realtors across years in the industry and got creative in making my offers stronger. When I found a house, he managed to get it for 15k less than I was willing to offer and got concessions for fixes on top of that!

He was fantastic, as a first time buyer I had no idea how the process worked, what to look for, anything at all. He walked me through everything, explained what everything was, and even gave me lots of information on potential renovations/updates that would need to be done to certain houses we looked at, and whether or not the value was there. Absolutely fantastic experience, and he fought for us in negotiations, and ended up getting us a better deal than we thought possible.
