Even with a family endorsement, Frank exceeded our expectations. Being new to the real estate market as also first-time home buyers, Frank proactively set up a meeting at a convenient location immediately after we expressed our desire to purchase a home within three months. He graciously took the time to walk my skeptical husband and me (not as skeptical) through the entire buying process and answer all our questions no matter how obscure. Frank demonstrated his comprehensive knowledge about the local market to which we were both unfamiliar (my husband is a foreigner and I had been living abroad for an extended time). We discussed the latest real estate trends mainly the squeeze on inventory and rising interest rates, and how to best confront the current inventory issue.One of Franks great qualities is his communication skills. He was easily reachable and was very prompt in his responses, which is key in a market in which houses sell within hours of listing. We looked at our first two properties back-to-back (at least one hours drive away) within the first two weeks. Initially, my husband and I were on different ends of the spectrum when it came to location, he wanted country, and I wanted urban living. When I came across a new listing which would meet both our demands, I immediately called Frank, and he was able to set up one of the very first viewings of this unique property.I was a complete amateur and out of my league when it came to strategizing on an initial offer. Frank was able to steer us in the right direction without forcing us into a sum or terms we were uncomfortable with. He was very committed to helping us with our initial offer, and instantly drew up the necessary mountain of paperwork. Using the edocument signing platform made things much easier. Each time an electronic document was sent Frank diligently explained the terms and conditions of every single contractual agreement (theres a lot). Once our initial offer was accepted Frank quickly facilitated the initial inspection and recommended contractors for further specific inspections. We followed his recommendations, and My husband and I were impressed with the level of professionalism displayed by all the contractors. Throughout the process his guidance helped us navigate the sometimes-cumbersome activity.I believe Franks greatest quality is his negotiation skills, which is what one truly seeks in a real estate agent. After the inspections, Frank was able to successfully negotiate a change in purchase price we were aEURoepleased as punchaEUR? with and ultimately secure the final purchase on our behalf. I cant reiterate how important it is to trust your real estate agent. Inherently, it may seem that they are out to profit from the sellers side as they are the ones who pay the commission, but I never felt that way with Frank. Through his determined negotiating, we knew that Frank had our best interests at heart, even my skeptical husband decided to trust Frank.Overall, I think Frank is a distinguished and rare agent. He is highly ethical, and an absolute expert in the field of real estate (he even helped draft the standardized forms). We are in love with our new purchase and are not in the least traumatized from what can be a very stressful life event. Thanks Frank for all your hard work!

Frank May was assigned to me by my new employer based on previous demonstrated excellence. Within two weeks, he had helped us narrow our home picks from 132 down to 6. He met my parents who were local and showed them the 6 houses and from there we were able to pick our new home. To say Frank is a professional is to grossly underestimate his skill set, guidance and patience. Literally, he saved our deal twice because of multiple bank screw ups. He took our calls at weird times of day (east coast/west coast), and he did extra leg work to ensure we exerted only a minimal effort on our end. More than anything else, he is a nice, family-oriented guy. I could not recommend him more highly!

We were especially impressed by the helpful advice he gave us for staging our house. When we were preparing to put the house up for sale, we had a lot of tasks. Frank helped us set our priorities. His advice about what things would affect the salability of the house, and which were less important, proved to be extremely accurate.We had a tight time frame to sell and maintain the contract on the house we were purchasing, which was a source of stress to us. Frank was representing the Seller and was hosting an Open House when we happened to stop in to look at the house with our Realtor. Frank was the consummate professional - friendly, welcoming and full of local knowledge. We hit it off immediately and since then he has been my trusted advisor whenever I have considered anything real estate related. At one point, we were thinking about moving out of state for a job opportunity and Frank helped me analyze the potential of renting our property here. I have also consulted with him about refinancing and home improvement options, etc. Bottom line, I will definitely work with Frank if I am ever in a position to buy or sell property in the greater Philadelphia area.

We have engaged many realtors in the past, since we move often, and we can confidently agree that Frank is one of the hardest working and dedicated real estate professionals that we have ever worked with. He does a great job of capturing what is important to the buyer. He listens closely to his clients and ensures that all of their requests are covered to the best of his ability in his detailed home searches within the market. He covered our home search from all aspects by setting us up with proactive email alerts on properties from the MLS, by sending us a great list of matching properties for us to vet through that he personally compiled, and by taking the time to schedule phone conferences with us to review each prospective listing. Since we were located out-of-state, Frank adjusted his schedule to meet our needs every time that we were in town. He also went above and beyond our expectations by setting-up and attending appointments in our absence due to the time constraints that we were under and our inability to travel frequently while we sold our home out-of-state.
