He helped us to buy AND sell and we didnt wear him out even though we walked through tons of houses (sometimes more than once or twice!) in the 6 month period we were looking! Frank was very knowledgeable about the area, the market, the financial pieces, working with other realtorsaEUR|really every aspect! When it was time to sell our house, he had beautiful photos taken (they almost made me not want to move) and he handled everything for us as we had a trip that we had previously booked for the weekend we were showing it. Frank has a great personality so it felt like we were working with a friend and my kids loved him. When we needed him to, he fought for us, rooted for us, and gave us great advice! He had a great financial team on his side as well who helped to make the process as painless as possible. When we finally signed all of the papers and all was said & done we honestly were a bit sad because we wouldnt be spending our weekends with Frank anymore! We refer people to him often and will absolutely ask him to work with us again when we buy & sell! Review Frank was instrumental in us getting a great home in the Lehigh Valley. Buying a home from out of state can be very stressful, but Frank alleviated much of that stress. Frank was very responsive to our many questions and helped us draft competitive offers for the houses we were interested in. He made himself available for regular meetings and walking through the different homes we were interested in. We had to do everything virtually, which was a bit nerve-wracking, but having Frank on our side made all the difference. He was on the same page as us regarding what we were looking for in our new home. He helped us create a very compelling offer on a house we loved which won out over other competing offers. He was also accommodating and worked with my mom by taking her to see the houses we couldn't and allowed us to take the leap to purchase a house sight unseen. He really takes the guess work out of the home buying process and makes you feel like all you need to do is show up to closing. Review Frank is the man!! When another realtor I originally had lied and backed out last minute, Frank stepped in and got my house listed, and sold in a week!! Hes extremely knowledgeable, and open. He was always there when I had a question, or had any concerns. If he didnt know the answer, he got back to me with it! He helped with the negotiation, and got me just under asking!
