ZillowVERIFIED Frank was the listing agent with the house I was interested in so I went with him. I was very satisfied with everything that he did for me. I did buy the house and am well satisfied with my new home. It was a HUD house and he knew exactly what to do and when. He answered phone calls promptly and stayed on top of developments. He was spot on with what would need to be done and what would happen. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED This was a difficult time in our lives, being forced to downsize. That being said Frank took a negative situation and turned it into something real positive. He not only went above and beyond to sell our house, he did the same helping us to purchase a new one. I would not only recommend Frank, I would use him again. He is first rate, courteous and kind.

ZillowVERIFIED Frank is great! He knows the game very well. He got the house we wanted cheaper then we expected which we have learned is typical. Frank came highly recommended and so many people I know have gotten what they wanted at less than what they expected to pay. The funny thing is for the people that I know that frank sold their house, he got them more money than they expected. He is very talented at what he does.

ZillowVERIFIED The stress and anxiety of buying a property can be overwhelming. When we first saw the property, we did not know who to contact. We then saw Franks name listed at the bottom of the Zillow ad. Frank was very professional and very knowledgeable. He was also very honest and very patient as we had many questions throughout the buying process. He was very prompt in getting back to us and flexible with regards to showing us the property. Upon meeting him, he was very welcoming and we would definitely recommend him to others. Because he knows the market, he helped us negotiate a fair price and always had our best interests in mind. Thank you Frank for making a dream come true! We will always be appreciative.

ZillowVERIFIED Frank was very professional during our real estate search, promptly presented our offer, quickly answered all our questions, and took care of a couple issues so we could take possession of our dream home. We could not have asked for a better realtor - I believe he went above and beyond by showing us a few homes in some pretty nasty weather, on short notice a couple times, and helped me get unstuck from a snow-covered driveway. Thank you again! :-) His professionalism and courteous manner was greatly appreciated! Yes, I would list a home or purchase another with Frank as our agent and highly recommend him since he is very knowledgeable about the area and all aspects of real estate. Thank you again for everything!!

ZillowVERIFIED Frank was extremely attentive to all my requests and really looked out for my best interests. He went well above and beyond any other experience I had with purchasing or selling homes in the past with other realtors. He met me at my convenience morning or night and helped me to find my dream home. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I wouldn't use anybody but Frank in any of my future home buying or selling situations.

ZillowVERIFIED I first contacted Frank from the United Kingdom about an international purchase for a home in Port Huron. Frank demonstrated expert knowledge of the housing market in the Blue Water area, which put me at ease as this was my first purchase in America. He was honest about some of the works required on the home and I appreciated his transparency and honesty throughout the process to closing. I have gone back to Frank this week to assist me with putting my home on the rental market as works and repairs have now been sorted on the property. I think he is a great business man and as a Londoner originally from the Blue Water Area, as I would HIGHLY advise contacting Frank for anything related to property matters on all fronts.Shawn Hudson London, United Kingdom
