ZillowVERIFIED Frank was very beneficial to my fiancA(C) and I during this whole process. We were first time home buyers, and he understood that and helped us with every process along the way. If there was something that he noticed with the house that maybe we did not pick up on, he would always tell us about it. He was always available to contact and if he was busy, he would get back to us as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Frank as a real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED If you want your house/condo sold, Frank should be your go-to realtor. He is very knowledgable and offered more information about the history of my place than even my selling agent provided when I bought my place. He is thorough and will help you reach your goals!

ZillowVERIFIED We were out of state (Nevada) owners of a condo/villa located in St. Louis, Missouri and needed a local relestate agent to work with us to sell the MO property. My first agent (not Frank) had the listing for almost 4 months & did little to promote the sale of the condo. She was very passive in her approach & waited for people to find the property through the MLS listings. We engaged Frank and his company & the difference in the quality of service was night & day. Frank presented a custom Sales Plan outlining his ideas on promoting the property. Frank visited the property and made suggestions on improvements he felt would be things potential buyers would really attract buyers. Frank also did some repairs e.g painting and cleaning HIMSELF !!!. As out of town seller l was very very impressed with his service and his personal interest in the property.Frank is a "straight shooter", he always in touch with progress reports & activities about buyers visiting the property. Frank makes his plan & "works" his plan. He flooded the local community with mailers and advertised his open house dates, which were all well attended. We had a few offers immediately and he followed them up and I'm happy to say we sold the property within several weeks. Frank's personal interest & enthusiasm was "key"to the sale.I could go on, but I don't, but I dont want Frank to get a "big head". He is a Professional in every sense & I almost wish I had another house to sell so I could work with Frank again. Please feel free to ask Frank for our phone number, we would be happy to talk with you about working with Frank..We would recommend Frank with enthusiasm!!!Sincerely Tom & Marsha

ZillowVERIFIED My boyfriend and I could not thank Frank enough. He made the process smooth and we ended up in a house we absolutely love! He was always a phone call or a text away and got back to us quickly. As first time home buyers he was patient and answered all of our questions even if they were silly. He was there for us even after closing, which was extremely helpful because things did come up. We will be using him when it comes time to buy our next home!

ZillowVERIFIED Frank was accessible, fast, and kept us in the loop every step of the way.He went above and beyond by taking care of a couple minor repairs that needed to be made. when the buyers agent ruffled the waters, he jumped in feet first and resolved all issues. From our first meeting with to the sale of property he was a phone call away. Actually had 4 offers for us within 10 days. We were amazed. I would highly recommend him

ZillowVERIFIED Frank was very candid with his opinions and advice. We greatly appreciated that since we have so little experience in the home searching/buying process. He was quick to communicate and didn't pressure us at all. I would recommend Frank to anyone who's looking for an insider that will truly work on your behalf.

ZillowVERIFIED Frank helped me look for houses for my wife and I. We were looking for something within a price range and for certain amenities to accompany the home. He was very responsive with us and within a week had a couple of homes for us to start to look at. We weren't as familiar with the area, as we had recently moved to the St. Louis. He seemed to be able to answer our questions about the area and directed us to all the information we were looking for in making our home buying decisions. We did not end up purchasing a house when we worked with Frank because of financial issues, buy we will be contacting him when we are ready to do so. It was a pleasure to work with him.
