He does a great job of marketing and sold my home and my condominium quickly and to my complete satisfaction! Frank does a great job communicating and negotiating on my behalf. I have purchased one property with Franks help and was very pleased with the purchase. I am now in the process of looking for another home and again Frank had been very accommodating, he makes sure I stay well informed about properties that I am interested in and assists/advises me as needed. ZillowVERIFIED It took us over a year to find a house we really loved and within our price range. Despite this long time, Frank never rushed us or tried to convince us to buy a certain house. He took us to over 30 houses of our choice and he always kept us posted of whichever houses became available on the market within our specified interests. He was extremely flexible making sure he found time for us as soon as possible. He was very knowledgeable and offered expert advice as needed. His basic theme was, "I am here to help you find a house that you love and will enjoy living in", and he lived by this theme throughout the entire process. There may be numerous bad and greedy realtors, but it is very comforting to find a honest and content realtor who will not force one into a deal just because he/she (the realtor) wants to sell to make money as quickly as possible. Even outside the area such as Kasson and Byron he is very efficient always on the ball and figuring out tough questions. He is quite the problem solver and easy to talk with. I was surprised that i could reach him pretty much any time during the week. It was a pleasure to do business with him and Edina and i considered him more as a friend than someone trying to sell me a house.
