ZillowVERIFIEDFrank Gaudino is great at what he does and it shows! I would absolutely recommend Frank to a friend and I already have. My girlfriend and I decided it was time to start looking for our first home. Weve recently experienced some major life changes and we were stressed out about the home buying process. Our time frame was a bit unrealistic considering our very specific needs and price range. This did not discourage Frank one bit. Luckily for us our dream home came to the market and Frank made sure we were the first to see it. There was lots of interest in this property so we knew we had to move quickly. Because of Frank we were able to get our dream home under contract in one day! Finally I will add that not only was he exceptionally skilled, but he was also responsive, reliable, and very friendly. The process could not have been smoother from start to finish, and we cant thank Frank enough for his hard work. Highly recommended!
