Real estate isn't just a job for us, it's something we were born and raised into! When I was five years old, I remember my parents becoming landlords in their quest for the American dream. I used to translate leases and documents for them as English was not their primary language. It wasn't easy but that lesson led to my eventual career path. I knew I wanted to help others do the same thing. My wife Michele was also born and raised into real estate. Growing up as a little girl, she watched her parent's business decisions carefully. One of those business decisions was investing in real estate, which is exactly how they retired with financial security. We are a husband and wife team who coincidentally were born and raised into real estate! We actually met working at Home Depot believe it or not! It's funny how we ended up in North County because it was actually real estate that brought us here. We purchased a bank repo in Pasadena and totally rehabbed it. We didn't know we'd hit a home run on it. That's what allowed us to move into North County. We ended up selling that property and buying a home right here in North County. This was an area we loved and made the decision to raise our kids here. They are born and raised San Diegans We make a great team. Not only are we both experienced and knowledgeable in real estate, but our strengths complement one another. I'm the guy who negotiates the best deal for the client and does the dirty work. Michele makes sure all the other behind the scenes details are covered and plans client events.
