ZillowVERIFIEDWe live in the age of Zillow where a bulk of the work can be done by consumers. This is a great asset as it allows us to browse, sort and compile our own results. Unfortunately a lot of agents seem to think they can do the bare minimum while allowing Zillow to do the heavy lifting. Frank is not one of those agents. He was actively involved in the process. He communicated extremely quickly, professionally and effectively. I really appreciated how he would answer a question and then go further by take the time to explain it in terms I understood and how it would effect future marketability. I lost the first couple houses that I bid on because I set the bid price. It was only after allowing Frank to set the price did we win the bid. He has is really good and judging the market now and hopefully in the future. Finally, I just want to say that the process of finding a house in this market is stressful. Frank had a great way and taking the stress out of it and making it fun. I honestly wish that the loan process and attorney elements of the transactions were as streamlined as the agent experience. He was patient, extremely responsive (even in non-business hours), and very knowledgeable and willing to educate us as first-time buyers. Never once was he pushy with us about making an offer. However, he was very good about keeping a timeline and making sure critical aspects of the home buying process did not drift. In other words, he gave us the room to find a place we wanted, but he also provided a good deal of structure and advice that allowed us to get it done quickly.
