ZillowVERIFIEDFrank has been acting as my real estate agent and has been responsive and conscientious. We negotiated an offer that was accepted by the seller. Inspection was delayed due to seller's availability. Inspection brought up issues. Contrary to FelishaJackson's review, Frank is very communicative. Frank did not proceed with further negotiations because I decided not to buy the house for aesthetic reasons and inspection issues. I would highly recommend Frank Cafarchio as a very competent real estate agent for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We had Frank Cafarchio as our realtor because we heard excellent things about him. People told us what a great job he did for them. They were right. He went above and beyond what most realtors would do. He kept checking to make sure our empty house was good in the winter. He make us feel very comfortable since we weren't in the house. He was totally attentive to our needs and always got back to us in a timely manner. We can't thank him enough for helping us get settled in our new home. I have aready recommended him to other people and will continue to do so in the future.l

ZillowVERIFIED Frank was incredibly patient with me and I was a challenge! He looked at each property with a critical eye pointing out all the pros and cons, regardless of what that potentially meant for him in regards to a sale. He's honest, responsive, respectful and diligent. I would have rated him higher than 5 stars if it was an option.

ZillowVERIFIED We have used Frank to bought buy and rent. He is wonderful, punctual and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone. Frank worked to us when we bought a house (short sale), the process was long and exhausting , but he was always there to give us information and facilitate. He also helped us rent the house when we had to move very unexpectedly.

ZillowVERIFIED it was a pleasure working with Frank as he helped our family purchase our first home. He is attentive, knowledgable, trustworthy, and exceeded all of our expectations. Frank is the only realtor we will ever use to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Frank was great, always going out of his way to find answers on home questions we had! He was very nice and listened to our request of what type of home we were looking for. He found us a house that we are glad to call home.

ZillowVERIFIED We have known Frank for over 25 yrs. He's helped us sell our townhouse and buy our 1st home. He was very patient and kind to show us many homes because we needed to make a mother daughter home. Ten years later we sold that home and downsized. Again he was always available to show us many homes and at time that was easiest for us. He would be in touch by phone, texting or emails with any questions we had and very promptly I may add. I would recommend Frank because he knows the process well of buying and selling.

ZillowVERIFIED We used Frank to both buy and sell a home. In both cases, he exceeded our expectations. He is simply the best realtor that we have ever worked with. He is not a real estate hobbyist or a "part-timer" like so many that we have seen in the past. He is a true, dedicated, full-time professional and he goes the extra mile to make sure that all aspects of buying and selling are done in a proper and timely manner. He knows the market, anticipates problems and corrects problems before they happen. He sold our home for above asking in a community with 11 other foreclosed properties and he did it quickly. What else can I say: I would highly recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED I had the great fortune to be referred to Frank by my attorney and the experience working with Frank was definitely a positive one right from the start. Frank's approachable style and willingness to go the extra mile in a respectful, trusting and professional manner truly made the difference in being able to successfully complete the home sale at a competitive price. Frank's support and customer service throughout the process were very helpful to me especially when it came to even the simple things such as taking the time out of his busy schedule to pick up for me fire alarms at Home Depot needed to be installed to meet compliance requirements for sale. I would recommend Frank to any of my friends in the market to sell their homes.

ZillowVERIFIED Frank was great to work with. He worked around our schedule and traveling to make appointments work. Listened to what we wanted and worked with us until we found it. Even travelled out of his usual area to show homes we were interested in. Definitely made our first time as homebuyers easy!

ZillowVERIFIED Frank is a great realtor who went above and beyond to help my family find that one home, he was with us for about one year in our search. He is understanding, patient and flexible specially with our busy schedule as city workers. As first time home buyers from the city we didn't even know where to begin as far as location, schools, commuting time... He helped narrow out the overwhelming information and we could not be happier with our home.
