We looked at about 10 homes or more between November 2015-June 2016 and Frank was always very quick and knowledgable with every response to every question or email I sent to him(and there were many lol). He taught me so much through out our home buying process and was so friendly and never pushy about any house. When we finally did find the right house for us, Frank was there for every step and helped guide us in the right direction for every aspect of the process and thanks to him everything ran very smoothly and I just couldn't be any more grateful to have had him during this important time of our life!

ZillowVERIFIED Frank handled the sale of my Dad's house, which I was put in charge of by my Dad. Frank kept me informed every step of the way. When it came to the septic inspection, Frank asked me which company I would prefer; then, he not only contacted two companies to arrange the inspection, but he also was present for both inspections. Frank seemed knowledgeable about pricing the house so it would sell, and it did sell quickly in our oroginal price range. Frank also attended the closing, which I could not attend, and contacted me after the closing to let me know how it went. I was very pleased with Frank and would definitely contact him again if I were buying or selling property.

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Frank for many years and have done business with him previously to sell my properties. Relying on my previous experienced I hired Frank Busch to find us a tenant for our rental condominium. Unfortunately, this time, our experience was very different. Frank took the listing but would only rely on very old photos we supplied and he never made any effort to take updated photos of the property. There were never any open houses or showings conducted by Frank and he relied on other agents to show the property. Other agents would show and the feedback from Frank was spotty at best. After our 6 months listing term expired, and the condo still vacant, Frank requested we renew our listing agreement. In addition, during the 6th listing month, Frank Busch advised us to reduce the rent amount, which we did and it again resulted in zero performance. Once the contract expired we engaged a different realtor to find out Frank was offering a very minimal co-brokerage share to other realtors and far from a customary 50% / 50% split. Frank Busch never discussed this aspect of the listing with us. With the new realtor our condo was rented in less than one week and at a higher rent.Needless to say, we are very happy Frank is no longer the listing agent and we feel betrayed by his trust aEUR" If you are serious about renting or selling your property I strongly recommend you not use Frank Busch or his Performance Realty Company.

ZillowVERIFIED Frank was the second realtor that I hired to handle the sale of my mother's estate which consisted of an older home with 33 wooded acres. The property had been on the market since July 21, 2011 and was in need of several expensive repairs. We were looking to sell "as is". I signed on with Frank May 7, 2012. He was very helpful and insightful in filling out the listing contract and taking the time to answer my many questions. From then on, we kept in contact often, sometimes by phone but many times by text. He always replied no matter when I called or texted him, and he texted me every single time there was a showing scheduled and then let me know if there was feed back from that showing. As the property is heavily wooded and very overgrown in parts, walking the property can be difficult, but Frank took his Blackberry out there and used his GPS to show the buyers where the boundaries were and walked as much of the land as the buyer cared to see (sometimes spending up to 1 1/2hrs in the woods with the buyer). We did have a signed contract with one buyer where Frank was the representative for us and the buyer. I felt he handled this situation professionally and did his job well for both sides. Unfortunately, the buyer did decide to back out of the deal, but another buyer came immediately into the picture, and we just closed on July 23, 2012. Throughout this whole relationship with Frank, I felt he was honest, knowledgeable and very professional. He's a take-action kind of guy who does what he tells you he's going to do and gives you his honest opinion when you ask him for one. I would highly recommend Frank Busch to anyone who's in need of a good, honest realtor.

He's military and wasn't there for much of the process, we were buying a foreclosure (notoriously difficult), buying with a VA loan and had a horrible agent on the side of the bank. Frank Busch was with us through it all, and he was absolutely wonderful! Every extra hurdle we came, he was able to help us over. I honestly think that if it weren't for him and his knowledge of the process and his willingness to fight on our behalf, I would have given up and wouldn't own the home now. Frank is also incredibly down to earth and great to work with, which most certainly helped in such a complicated situation. I would recommend him highly to anyone I know!
