With dogged attention to detail, he stayed on top of all of my concerns through a long and challenging process. Somehow, through it all, he managed to make me feel like I was his only client (which was far from being the case) with his effective communications and responsiveness. Aside from all of this, Frank is great guy and people person, fabulous traits and skills to have in his profession. I would recommend Frank very highly to my family, friends or anyone else interested in Real Estate. It was an outstanding experience and I felt very lucky to have him on my team in this very difficult housing market.

My first time working with Frank, he did everything he could to get my listing out there and had the house under contract in under 30 days at a price higher than the listing. My second time working with Frank, he had the house under contract in less than two weeks, for the full listing price. When looking for a new home, Frank shared a lot of knowledge, but was also careful to learn and understand what I was looking for. Thanks to Franks expertise and experience in the field (and the greater Philadelphia area), I was able to find a beautiful home that has everything I need, in a great neighborhood. He also helped get the seller to take care of details I did not think they would. Not only is he incredibly effective and focused, but he is a trip to work with; always funny, respectful, and full of insight.
