Francisco did an amazing job handling our transactions! He assisted us with the sale of our home and purchase of a new one. From the beginning, we mentioned to him that we were not in a rush to sale, but that if the right house came along, we would be ready to list. He was understanding and still willing to work with us. He wasn't pushy and gave us the room to list our home and schedule showings on our terms. This is big because we have little kids and we already have a lot on our plate. With his help, everything was no pressure and no stress. He was super knowledgeable on everything we needed to get done to list our home and with the purchase of a new build. We had a very smooth sale with no hiccups and he took care of everything for us. His analysis for list price was pretty accurate and we got multiple offers and one over asking. He coordinated with the buyers agent for all inspections and necessary documents, we didn't have to do much. He negotiated on our behalf the request for repairs and interest buy down for the purchase of our new home as well as getting our offer accepted under asking price. He was very responsive when I had questions and always picks up the phone when I call. 100% professional and super respectful. Definitely listens to his clients' needs and makes sure he has his clients' best interests in mind. If we ever decide to move again, he'd be the one I'd call.
