ZillowVERIFIEDFrancis went above and beyond to help me sell my starter home and purchase my dream home. At times it felt as if he would work around the clock just to make sure we were able to get in to see a property in this hectic market. I will definitely use Francis for my future real estate needs, I will also recommend him and his team to any of my friends and family!

ZillowVERIFIED Francis and his great team, The Hiraldo Group, are FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!!! They made the selling process so easy and helped me understand what was happening every step of the way. We moved to Rhode Island and Francis went above and beyond to go to the house and check on it while we were away. The night before the closing the final walk-through happened and we accidentally left some clutter in the rafters of the garage. Long story short, Francis was ready to go to the house the night before closing and clear out the clutter just to save us a little moneyaEUR|yeah, they are crazy, in the best possible way! But this just speaks to his commitment to making sure we were well taken care of. Thank you so much, Francis!

ZillowVERIFIED Francis was a fantastic person to work with and we are so happy we worked with him to buy our first home! From day 1 he was right there answering all of our questions (and being 1st time buyers we had a lot), he was quick to set up meetings and showings for us, gave frequent status updates when we filed any paperwork, and he really walked us through the process to make sure we understood what was going on and what the next step was. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a home to contact Francis!

ZillowVERIFIED Francis joined my team early this year after having no success with another realtor. From day one, his main priority was finding me a dream home! He worked tirelessly searching for homes, setting up viewings, and kept me in the loop every step of way. Francis was knowledgeable on just about everything having to do with buying a home (inspection, sewer connenction) and was available to answer every question up until closing! Francis was so good, he was able to find my dream home in less than a month!! He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I recommend him for all of your future purchases !!

ZillowVERIFIED Francis did a great job in helping us find our new home. He was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the home buying process. He found the perfect home for us and used his knowledge of the market to help us formulate a competitive offer. Francis always presented himself in a professional manner and was always available for any questions we had throughout the entire process. ZillowVERIFIED Francis was so wonderful to work with through the entire home buying process! He answered extremely quickly to our calls and text messages and set up appointments sometimes within the same day. He was extremely patient and thorough with everything and we felt very competent the entire time we were buying our home. He is still even checking in with us one month later! I highly recommend him if you are looking for someone you know will take good care of you.

ZillowVERIFIED Francis is a great person to work with and very patient no matter what is challenges are. Always positive, but will not steer you towards something your not comfortable with. Very understanding of your want or needs in whatever type of houses you are looking, ether to build memories in or just investing. I strongly recommend Francis if you haven't found a realtor yet.

ZillowVERIFIED Best realtor ever. Helped me and answered every question I had. Excellent experience. Picked up all my calls at any time of the day and if not promptly called back. There was a time when I was confused on some paperwork and he took time to go over page by page with me until I understood it. Every house I wanted to see he made fit into my busy schedule. Having Francis as my realtor was a great experience and I recommend 100%.
