Even so, she still hosted an open house to ensure that I received the best possible. To date, my 1-bedroom unit set a record for the highest selling price in the complex. She skillfully managed and negotiated with a rigid HOA; asked pertinent questions during the inspection and appraisal process. She even helped the buyers lender navigate the transaction which ultimately resulted in closing the deal sooner than expected. We hadn't realized she also sold as well and in hindsight, should have gone with her from the beginning. Our condo had been on the market for about 5 months and after switching to Franchesca, she was able to sell it within 30 days - during the COVID-19 pandemic, at that. Her information for East Village is unparalleled. She's savvy, smart, and really understands who the target customer is for each property. That's pretty important to understand. In addition, she understood the strengths and weaknesses of our condo and is able to manage objections based on the "weaknesses". Finally, we trusted her guidance on how to negotiate - I prefer a point of view vs. saying what we want to hear. Franchesca was a wonderful partner through this selling process.
