One of my favorite recent transactions involved helping a couple transition from renting to owning their first home — a beautiful property in Richmond Hills valued at over $739K. They were nervous at first, but through education, clear planning, and a strong relationship with our loan officer, we navigated every step with ease. Seeing their joy on closing day was a reminder of why I love this work — it’s not just real estate, it’s building futures. I was able to secure a VA Loan for my buyer at 100% financing.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
My path started in community-based social work and property management, helping residents find stability through housing. That work eventually led me into real estate, where I saw a bigger opportunity: to not just manage properties, but to help people own them. Today, I combine my background in service, strategy, and project management to support clients across all walks of life as they achieve their real estate goals.
