They were always available for our questions, helped us with information throughout the buying and selling process, were so knowledgeable about the area we were purchasing and selling in, and supportive throughout every step. And were always available to show us homes around our schedule. We were surprised, and grateful, that Lou made sure to be there for the home inspection and the follow up inspections to ensure that all went according to plan in buying our new home. We didnt have that experience when purchasing our first home. Their process of selling a home was exceptional, from staging our home themselves with their own inventory of furniture, creating the online pictures and video of our home, to helping file township requirements/forms, etc. We feel that their 5-star service helped us above and beyond what most real estate agents would do. We were on the fence about selling our house and finding the right realtor to work with. From the first phone call we were put at ease that we were in good hands. They are professional, organized, thorough and passionate about their work. (And fashionable..loved their matching shirts!) They walked us through every step of the process and always available for any questions/concerns we had. Along with that, they were great with communicating what was happening to make sure we were all on the same page. They worked with our crazy schedules and were very accommodating. They really did go above and beyond! They told us everything we needed to do to get the house ready for listing, they staged the house to be picture perfect for photos, and worked with us to find the right listing price. Our house went on the market on a Monday and by that Friday we had accepted an offer. They set us up with their attorney Joe who was also wonderful to work with. As a team they all made this process as hassle free and as smooth as possible. We sold for almost 100k over asking and were able to negotiate all the terms we needed. I honestly cant say enough positive things about our experience with Team Messercola! Review Lou Messercola was truly exceptional. I met him at an open house in Wayne NJ. I was impressed with his laid back no pressure personality. He is also a life long resident of Wayne which was the only town I was looking at so It was a no-brainer for me to work with him. Lou was ALWAYS available for home tours. His responsiveness was incredible. If he didnt pick up when I called, he would always call back or text me no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously! We must have looked at over 20 homes and Lou was able to explain the advantages and disadvantages of each one. I was looking for a somewhat specific home but Lou encouraged me to look a little outside of the box of my ideal home. In this crazy market flexibility was the difference for me in finding a home. Lou was also very helpful on recommending outside assistance necessary when buying a home.
