This was my first experience buying a home and I was very overwhelmed and nervous about the entire process. However from day one, I felt comfortable, heard, and knew I was in good hands. Francesca was always on top of things and available to answer my questions whenever I had them. She quickly understood what I was looking for, and was never afraid to give honest opinions on potential homes I wanted to tour which helped us hone in properties that fit my budget and "checklist" of things I wanted. She even gave me information I did not consider, such as whether or not windows were facing other buildings, proximity to schools and highways, and how difficult parking is in the surrounding areas. This was important to me as it prevented us from wasting too much time looking at random properties that didn't fit what I wanted. She is very knowledgeable, and we looked at a lot of properties in many different neighborhoods and it was so wonderful to have her there to help and give guidance. We even ran into an issue during inspections, for there was a leak with mold damage in the home I eventually closed on, but Francesca and Lelia were there to meet with me at the home when I wanted and help alleviate my concerns about the water and mold remediation process. Francesca helped me interface with the seller's contractor to help field my questions, and helped communicate with the seller agent to navigate the unexpected setback. All in all, it was a great experience and I will definitely refer them to anyone I know who is looking to buy a home, and will definitely use her in the future should I decide to move!
