ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were casually looking for a house for about a year. We spoke with Roger (Fernandez) early in the process and told him exactly what we were looking for. With the market being as crazy as it was in 2021, Roger made sure that we found the perfect house without rushing into something that might not fit into our initial list of wants/needs. Sure enough, we were able to find a house that was perfect for us. Once we found the house Roger was able to move quickly to put together our offer and send it to the sellers. Since Roger was able to move quickly with our initial offer, we were able to get the house for under list with no competition (a rarity these days as we were reminded by pretty much everyone throughout the closing). Roger was a great partner through the whole process, and we trusted his opinion as things popped up here and there during the closing. Buying a house is a big decision and we were glad we found an agent that we trusted to give us his honest opinion. We have been happily living in our home since September and are glad that we used Roger and the Rosado Team!

I was selling my mothers apartment from out of state and Frances went above and beyond helping market, stage and sell quickly and with little effort on my part. We needed to upgrade the kitchen, paint and put in new carpets. Frances connected with me a handy man, contractors and a painter who did the work quickly and reasonably. She has an incredible network of people who can help do what needs to be done to get a house ready to sell. I was nervous about the process because another unit in my mothers building was priced too high and ended up being on the market for over six months until the buyer took a low ball offer. Frances researched the area and comparable properties and sold ours at a competitive price. We had six offers, went under contract in 2 weeks and ended up getting slightly above the asking price. Frances and her team are professional, responsive and know what they are doing. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone thinking about selling.

She impressed us then and when we were finally ready to sell a year later, she was our top real estate agent choice. Frances was at all times very responsive and on top of everything throughout the listing/selling process. Either she or someone from her group would be present during all showings. This eliminated our need for a lockbox and felt us feel more secure as people viewed the home. Frances knows the Clifton market and can tell you about any house that has just been sold or is on the market. She will tell you what she honestly thinks and won't lead you astray just to get your business. In addition to her real estate expertise, she has a number of local resources to help with the home from someone to help stage, paint, repair, test for asbestos, etc. So her knowledge goes well beyond just knowing the market. Although we didn't get full asking price, Frances worked with us to help make the sale happen. Her never-ending energy creates an excitement in all her clients.
