ZillowVERIFIED Due to a relocation for business, we had to sell a large home in a gated community. The home was vacant during most of the time on market. To compensate, Frances had high quality photos taken of the home before we moved. She created a professional photo album and had large posters printed and displayed on easels so that prospective buyers could see what the rooms looked like when fully furnished and decorated. She embraced social media and advertising to help us reach prospective buyers. Throughout the process, she always jumped in to help us manage things (repairs/upkeep, inspection appointments, etc.) that would have been difficult for us to do from afar. In addition, Frances was always professional, courteous and a joy to work with.

When it turned out we would be able to to a conventional loan, Frances helped us with that process.
