We have two young kids, so really looking at homes while trying to keep tabs on the kids can be challenging, and Jan always brought something with her for the kiddos to keep them occupied, not to mention the homemade cookies and jams :) She is just so thoughtful. We had time crunches on a number of homes we looked at, and Jan even met us after church on Easter Sunday to view a home before the offer deadline. She is hands down the best!
