Fran did an amazing job assisting us in the huge search of our very specific needs over months. She also was amazing at navigating the various situations that arose in making an offer on a house. When we lost out a couple of times a couple of different ways she was vigilant, kept our spirits high in our continued search and managed to assist us in making an offer that stuck. Now I live in my dream home. She was kinds knowledgeable and compassionate, and now I call her my friend. I get the sense I'm not the only customer who has valued her in this way afterwards.
