ZillowVERIFIEDWhen you use a professional who is at the top of their game, you expect great results. When you hire Fran, you get just that. She is a true professional. Dont let her winning smile fool you, shes so pleasant you may forget just how good she really is. She is truly a winner and having her on your side is the best choice you will make in selling or buying a home. She has her own outstanding team of people who are also, top notch, every one of them. From explaining the market and pricing strategy to staging and marketing, you cant get much better than Fran and her team. Wishing her all the best, Corinne and Jeff Weissberg
ZillowVERIFIEDFran worked with us for over 2+ years helping us find the perfect home. Even when we walked away from a potential sale at the last minute, she was always there for us showing us more.We finally found the right house and Fran was there every step of the way through closing. It also doesnt hurt that she knows everyone!!!Highly recommend.
ZillowVERIFIEDOne word, Amazing! A pleasure to work with. Responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, easy to get along with and very patient. I am a professional and have bought and sold many homes and by far Fran is above and beyond the majority of brokers out there. She can not only get your house sold but guide you to the right purchase.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe had our house listed with another broker in early 2015, unfortunately we had very little action. Fran then listed our house March 1, 2016. We had 2 great offers by March 15. Dealing with Fran and her team was a very easy process. From listing the house, to negotiating the best best deal to the closing was a breeze! I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a house. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional.
ZillowVERIFIEDFran is the epitome of what a perfect realtor should be. There is no one in any profession more committed or hard working then she is. She sold me my house 9 years ago while she was on vacation (she works even while in the Bahamas.) Since that time, every time I have a friend (and I have had many) who is having a problem selling a house. . . I recommend Fran. When they have already had a realtor, she has always beneficently given them advice on staging and photography. If their house did not sell and the other realtor's time expired, with 100 percent success, she has helped them to sell their house. She knows how to think outside the box and can always "make the deal." Fran is amazing.
ZillowVERIFIEDFran is a true professional. She is kind, compassionate and thoroughly competent. Her impeccable reputation precedes her. She sold my house while on vacation in Italy. She is approachable and always available.
ZillowVERIFIEDfran is truly the ultimate professional. she was honest, approachable and caring. she took the time to hear and address my concerns and has truly gone above and beyond the role of a real estate agent in facilitating what is a very stressful process. she held my hand thru the entire experience and has gone out of her way to assist me in every possible way. she is not a real estate agent but a caring patient loving friend. i will cherish the relationship and recommend her wholeheartedly
ZillowVERIFIEDWe were toying with the idea of testing the pulse of the LI market to sell our home and move forward. Fran helped price it correctly, stage an open house -- one day was all it took -- and negotiate. The open house drew better than 40 interested parties and not merely lookers, and a bidding war ensued. There was no "for sale" sign needed on the lawn and the house was sold the first day. The timing we wanted enabled us to enjoy the summer before moving.
ZillowVERIFIEDFran's knowledge of the school district and associated towns/neighborhoods is unparalleled. She held our hands every step of the way during an emotional and trying process. Most importantly - Fran is kind, genuine and caring.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe have bought and sold 3 homes with Fran Mazer. She was knowledgable, professional and accommodating. Our transactions were easy and smooth. She has been our agent for many years and will be for many more!
ZillowVERIFIEDFran Mazer is an amazing realtor. Her level of expertise, high degree of integrity and dedication make her outstanding in her field. Fran doesn't just know houses, she knows the neighborhoods and the community. She is flexible with her time and willing to work with your schedule. A good realtor needs to listen to her clients, another solid point for Fran. She is a strong negotiator, and is very knowledgeable about the whole home buying process. Fran will help you accomplish your goals and shell be there to help you long after the deal closes. We couldnt ask for a better agent. We would absolutely work with Fran again and highly recommend her to everyone!
