She was as hard on the KW agents as they didn't do anything on the repair list until Fotini started investigating after 6 weeks. She showed up on Christmas Eve (which shows her dedication). Fotini was able to navigate the market well and her group chose an excellent photographer to really showcase my home. There were several things to go wrong in the transaction and Fotini was able to pinpoint all the discrepancies and tried to get through them as smoothly as possible.
