I truly enjoy real estate and working with people! I recently worked with a retiring family and we sold their home in TWO DAYS (for a higher price than they expected!). It was a FANTASTIC experience for me and the sellers! I have been buying, selling and investing in real estate for several years, and I have run a professional engineering consulting firm for 15 years. This experience sets me apart from many other agents. I put my experience, professionalism and attention to detail to work for my clients. I believe in win-win business relationships and work hard to ensure a good deal for all - especially those I represent. I like working with first-time home buyers and seeing their excitement when we find the perfect home. I also like working with retirees - helping them downsize or relocate. Ford was very professional from the start. He listened to our needs and gave good advice on how to best sell our house. He was knowledgeable about the market. He helped tremendously in making sure our house looked its best in terms of coordinating a painter, electrician, and cleaner. Ford made our experience of selling our home stress free. Ford was great through the entire process.... He did a great job and we had a great experience!! He had a solid group of people available to help through the process; the photographer / drone operator did a great job presenting the home.
