ZillowVERIFIEDFlorin is the best real estate agent around. He showed us over 100 homes. He sticks by your side and provides you with everything he knows. He works for you and with you. He helped my wife and I find our forever home. I would recommend him to everyone.
ZillowVERIFIEDFlorin is the best realtor we ever could have worked with. Florin takes the extra time not only to think about what's possible, but to listen to where we are coming from and what we think we want. He always hears you out first before sharing his opinion. Our home-buying process was very straight-forward, and Florin was always a phone call away. When different things became difficult with the seller, Florin explained our options while respecting where the real-estate attorney should be taking over communication, decision-making, etc. I truly don't think we would be in this phenomenal home without Florin.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe bought and sold our house with Florin. He is an incredible listener who delivers exactly what you need. We explained everything we were looking for and he scheduled a day for us to see about 10 homes. We ended up buying the first house we saw. Years later he helped up sell our home. He puts in the work and he has a tremendous amount of experience which is imperative in this field. We strongly recommend Florin. You will not be disappointed.
ZillowVERIFIEDFlorin really listened to what we wanted in a home and delivered multiple choices that indicated this during our search. He worked successfully within our price points and was a great resource not only during the search process but throughout the purchase process as well. He was able to connect us to a variety of vendors for the myriad services needed during a home purchase. Florin provided weekly reminders of things that needed to be completed and helped us throughout the closing. His experience and knowledge of the areas we were searching was incredible. We felt that we had a real partner in the home buying process and would recommend him without reservation to anyone embarking on this journey.
ZillowVERIFIEDFlorin, was a great partner from the beginning of the process until the end at the closing. Florin took the extra mile with open houses, taking photos, and has a very calming and professional demeanor. He was always available and covered inspections when I was unavailable due to work schedules. I would recommend him for anyone selling their home.
