A native of Bordeaux, France, Florence Ropelewski settled in Napa County in 2007 and now considers the Bay Area her adopted home. Before becoming a Real Estate Agent, Florence worked as a Sr. Marketing Manager for several large, family-owned wineries where she managed multi-million-dollar budgets, developed global strategic brand plans, and launched multiple top-ranking wine brands. She has a Master of Science in Strategic Marketing that she received with highest honors from INSEEC, a prestigious international business school in Bordeaux. She is married to Richard Ropelewski, a corporate pilot, and they have two young sons, Adam and Matias. Florence and Richard believe in giving back to their community through volunteering. Richard volunteers at the Veterans' Home in Yountville, and Florence volunteers at Napa Moms. They also participate in community projects and donate their time through their foundation, L' A G E N C E Gives.
