ZillowVERIFIED After interviewing with a few realtors, I ended up working with Flo Jacques to get my first home, and I really loved my outcome! Flo was amazing at communicating and impressed me with all her knowledge. As someone who overthinks and has a million questions, she was always willing to answer all my calls and messages and made sure to explain things clearly for me - which I greatly appreciated! Flo also helped me get an amazing seller's credit on the house, more than what I initially thought I was going to get, and helped us save more money. I look forward to connecting with Flo again!

ZillowVERIFIED We had an amazing experience working with Flo Jacques! As 25-year-old first-time homebuyers, my husband and I had a lot of questions about the homebuying process, and Flo was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive every step of the way. She took the time to educate us and made sure we felt informed and confident throughout the entire journey. Flo is professional, responsive, and truly passionate about what she does. I'm naturally a worrier, but she constantly reassured us and made the process feel so much less overwhelming. Her guidance and encouragement meant more to us than she probably realizes. We would absolutely recommend Flo to anyone, whether youre a first-time buyer or experienced in the market. Shes truly exceptional!

ZillowVERIFIED Flo was fantastic throughout the process. We worked together to find my home for about 8 months. Even during the hyper competitive market during the summer of 2022, Flo was there to show me homes, give me insight into the market and how strong the buyers market was at the time. She was responsive the entire time and I always knew where in the process I was. Can?t thank her enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Flo was a lifesaver when I was looking for a new condo during a quick move for work. After not having much success on my own, I quickly found a condo that exceeded my expectations in price, size, and location. Flo was super prompt in responding to my requests and ensuring I didnt miss out on any opportunity. I first messaged her about my place on a night of a holiday, and she immediately reached out to the listing agent and gave me a plan of action for locking down my approval for the home before the home even made it to a public listing. I was so impressed with her professionalism and individualized care for my home search that I recommended her to my sister, who also found a home that fit all her needs. I highly recommend Flo!
