Fidel did an excellent job for me as an out of town seller of a difficult piece of land in Apple Valley. I appreciated his knowledge of the area and attention to detail as he provided me with a list of comparable sales and active listings similar to my property, as well as advice on a reasonable listing price. He kept me thoroughly informed throughout the process on offers, providing documentation for signing offers as well as documents for acceptance of final offer. He explained the process of opening escrow and title, let me know when documents were being sent and answered my questions on the forms.
