Feroz you ask? Well, the guy is an absolute legend. First a little backstoryaEUR| my wife and I lived in LA for years but moved for some big jobs in NYC. Naturally we rented our beautiful loft in the Marina while we were gone. Three years lateraEUR| We loved living in NY. We did quite well in business and had the time of our lives socially. Well always love NY but after 3 years it was time to head west again (although I still work for a NY firm). Anyway, once back in LA we considered moving back in to our loft, but after some discussion we decided is was time for an upgrade. And thisaEUR| this is where Feroz comes in to the picture. Feroz was recod to us by some close friends and man are we glad we took their word. First off, hes cool. Like badass Hollywood cool. Now dont take that the wrong way, hes not too cool for school and by badass, I mean slick. Youll understand what I mean when you meet him. Trust me. Feroz was super accommodating right off the bat. We had some very insightful convos all about strategy. Hes very deliberate and decisive which are qualities we really respect as creative directors. Theres nothing more comforting than confidence when youre doing anything outside of your realm. We quickly aligned and followed his direction every step of the way. Boom, we sold our loft for a handsome price, annnd closed in record time. And I cant leave this detail out, our buyers mentioned how much they dug Feroz. Making sure both sides of a deal are happy is the calling card of a true pro. So, what do you do when you have a quick, clean, prosperous business experience? You keep a good thing going, and thats just what we did. Were now in the process of hunting for something bigger and better. Dream home? Potentially, but if things work out the way we hope, this next home will be a dream, but also just a stepping stone towards our true dream home down the road. Now I can see how this review may seem a tad long winded, but hey, when it comes to someone who gave us so much of their precious time and wisdom, its the least you can do.
