Fernando did an excellent job selling my parents estate. He went above and beyond with all aspects of the process. You got a bulb burnt out, he?s got bulbs. You need a smoke detector, he?s got smoke detectors. You got an outlet cover cracked, he?s got outlet covers. Fernando also has a list of contractors. He referred me to an excellent plumber and a scrap removal company. He always returns call when I had questions. I would HIGHLY recommend Mr Godoy to anyone listing or buying a home. He is highly knowledgeable and professional.
