ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I listed our Logan Square condo with Fergal amidst the Pandemic (Sept. '20) after spending 6-months with a different RE agency. We had reached out to Fergal since knowing he had a good history in the neighborhood with selling and since he was walking into a somewhat dim situation, with winter approaching, but he was very clear with setting expectations and laying out a plan to re-market our property with the focus to drive interest to those that would be best suited to purchase. Fergal reached out to and connected with his network of contacts/agents, actively set-up open houses during strategic times (i.e., not during BEARS games), and generally networked to actively market our property. By the end of '20 we had a very respectable offer and closed in Early March '21. Needless to say we were deeply impressed with Fergal's management of the sale process, his communication, diligence and his strategic ways to make the property feel more like home (I.e., light the fireplace!) when prospective buyers were touring.
