Anyone can be a good realtor and anyone can say oh, he was great, etc., but Ferdinando was actually uniquely skilled, particularly in the important part of strategically negotiating with buyers agents on offers to get the highest price. We were very pleased with the outcome on our listing, and couldnt have asked for a nicer guy and better communicator through the process. Youd be crazy not to list with him. And, although he was our agent as a seller, if I buy again in this region, Im definitely calling him first.

From renting for 15 years in NYC, moving to a full house was a learning experience to say the least. Deanna was incredibly informative every step of the way, imparting her knowledge of the area, her experience in real estate, and her own home-owner experience. She was vastly patient with me and my wife as most of the process was new to us. As with any home purchase, there were quite a few road blocks and hiccups along the way from the seller?s side of things, and Deanna was right there with us to ease the process. My wife and I originally went to Ferdinando looking to buy a piece of investment property to hopefully build our dream home on in a few years. After meeting with him, he basically said to hold that thought. He then brought us into a meeting later that week with a builder who was also looking to buy the property so that he could build someones dream home on it. Long story short, 8 months later my wife and I have our dream home, at a substantial savings over building in a neighborhood, that was built to impeccable standards by the coolest and easiest to work with guy I have ever known.
