ZillowVERIFIED Felix was extremely helpful with our first home purchase. He truly knows his way and goes above and beyond. To this day he still checks in to see how we are doing and is good at communicating if we have any questions. He did not rush us into anything as was really patient lol especially when having to do multiple trips and while my wife was pregnant. At the end we ended up closing a week after she delivered which was perfect timing. He helped us from beginning to end and we will definitely use him again for our 2nd home in the future.
