ZillowVERIFIED Felicia is a great great great agent. We stumbled on a beautiful home while on vacation on Amelia Island and she was the agent on record. We called her and she was extremely responsive and even organized a FaceTime tour from North Carolina. She helped us with negotiations and with finding a closing agent. Everything went super smooth! Now that we moved in she is still helping us find all the services we need including contractor, tree service, pest control, and lawn service. She knows everything and everyone on the Island. We love her!

ZillowVERIFIED Felicia did an outstanding job for me in difficult lender circumstances! There were frustrating delays that were no fault of buyer, seller, or realtor and she helped me navigate these with perfect calm expertise. She got answers, pushed the process through during the impossible, and was always responsive, professional and helpful. Her expertise and knowledge of the area and the process make her the preeminent realtor in northeast Florida.

ZillowVERIFIED Was not communicative with us throughout the whole process. Didnt know anything about our house while selling and didnt make it a point to include important information until it was dire. Allowed us to play spokesperson for the whole process of selling the home. Shes a great person but did not make the process simple or easy.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Felicia was not good! I found this house on my own and outside of showing me the home and negotiating the deal, I was not pleased with her at all! She did very little and I felt like I was bothering her when I asked for pertinent information! I would not recommend her, I have bought many properties in the past and she did not do a good job!

ZillowVERIFIED Felicia went above and beyond her job in the sell of our property. Specifically, she worked with my cousin who had been deeded 1/2 of the property via a land trust. Believe me Felicia had to work this assignment with kit gloves. This skill is so hard for me to understand because I don't have this skill of patients.

ZillowVERIFIED This is an amazing realtor! We started in July from a quick call about a property that had 2 RV hock-ups. The plan was to share a property with relatives. She quickly jumped in her car and drove out to take a look... OMG with Felicia's keen sense of real-estate knowledge, she told us this property was not a good investment. Instead she educated us on the different locations in the Northeast cost of Florida. Throughout our process she listened to everything we said, even thou it changed often, And responded accordingly. She can read body language and began to understand what we were looking for long before we narrowed it down. When we found the perfect home, she was so quick in the negotiations that the seller could quickly make the decision to accept our offer. Out maneuvering numerous other attempts to take our property! In addition her contact list for contractors, trees, septic, well service, etc is extensive. We are new to the Jacksonville area and its a blessing to have met Felicia. I know we will stay in touch! She is a special person and will be the only person we contact for our real-estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for the best Real Estate Agent on Amelia Island Plantation, call Felicia Walker. Kind, courteous and knowledgeable, she was an indispensable asset to our limited time and availability to research the plantation. Further, her financial connections and experience with plantation operations expedited our closing.I am only happy to write such a review for Felicia as our closing would not have been possible without her input and guidance. I wish everyone the same great experience my wife and I shared and hope to see you all on the beach.Good Luck!Jeff

ZillowVERIFIED Wow. Felicia Walker was more than a agent, she was our business partner and friend. We purchased this home remotely from Virginia, with Felicia supporting us as our eyes and ears at our new home. Actually gave us a live virtual tour using face time with us asking questions throughout. Felicia made several trips to the house on our behalf while scheduling inspectors and contractors on our behalf. Her local knowledge of who is who in the area made this painless for us. Even more, after closing Felicia continues to represent us in our absence.Felicia is the hardest working realtor in this industry. Best decision we have made.

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Felicia when we first arrived at Fernandina Beach. We were new to this area and had a lot of questions regarding where to live. She was very professional and always ready to answer any questions or concerns that we had. She always returned our calls promptly and made our transition pleasant. Once we found our home she was available throughout the buying process to help guide us. We highly recommend Felicia to any prospective home buyer or seller to offer the most professional service available. We are very happy with our home purchase and feel fortunate that we chose Felicia to represent us.

ZillowVERIFIED Felicia Walker was a pleasure to work with. Her knowledge of the area and homes available was excellent. She listened to our requests and her follow through was excellent. We were living on the west coast and relocating. During the process, she kept us apprised of homes that had come available. During our time in Florida, she was prompt and efficient in showing us homes in both Florida and Georgia. I would recommend her to help anyone looking to move into the Nassau county area. We are so happy with our new home and feel like we have a friend in Felicia Walker!

ZillowVERIFIED I had first listed my property in Yulee, FL, "For Sale By Owner." Over a year went by with no interest. Felicia Walker reached out to me by text message. For a moment I was unsure, but she immediately impressed me with her knowledge of the local area and her expertise in marketing properties like mine. She had a game plan ready to go. She put up a sign, arranged drone footage of the property, reached out to all of her contacts, and paid for advertising all within just a few days! We closed within a month! My family and I live in San Francisco, and Felicia handled everything for me in Florida. We signed all the papers digitally and closed with a notary via webcam. Felicia made the whole process so easy and fluid. I'm so thankful.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer Felicia was very helpful and responsive with answering all the questions I had. It seemed like a daunting process, but her advice really helped me understand everything to make the home buying process a lot smoother. She also helped my husband and I figure out the best time to purchase as we had a lot going on at the time with my husbands deployment and wasnt sure if we should wait a year when he comes back or try to get it done before he left. With her help and advice everything worked out perfectly with timing and when we were ready to purchase.
