Her photographer for her listing is awesome. Right away she put our house on her pocket listing and in a matter of weeks we were in escrow. She listened to our needs and accommodated us all the way through. She was also able to negotiate back and forth dealings with our buyer when it came down to repairs after home inspection and it saved us a lot of hassle as sellers. We just finished our 6th transaction with Felicia, who has done two refis, sold a house, bought a house, and rented two houses for us. She has also given us hours and hours of practical and knowledgeable advice. In over ten years, I don't recall ever leaving a voicemail because Felicia always picks up her phone, and responds quickly to texts and emails, as well. Real estate in California is stressful and tricky, so it is such a comfort to have an agent whom you can talk to and trust. ZillowVERIFIED I am a skeptic when dealing with big decisions, like buying a home or recently when I had finally decided to refinance. I talked to many agents and looked into many offers, I tried to refinance with chase but it was going to be more costly and did not felt very comfortable and rushed with the process, therefore I stop the whole deal with Chase, then friend of mine recommended Felicia to me and even do she was in Temacula and me in the Bay Area, I felt at easy talking to her about my past experience as she explain everything in detail, was honest and very professional and never rush me into making a rushed decision, specially with me that still very green on how the real estate works, but with Felicia I felt very comfortable working, because she took the time to explain all my questions and as was on top guiding me step by step, honestly I was shocked on how quick was the process, in less than a month the deal was accepted and it was actually took that long because I was the one that was a bit slow sending all her paperwork to her that quick, but regardless of that she very patient and got a better rate, paid half of what I was going to pay with Chase and did not had to come up with the closing cost upfront. I truly recommend her for her professionalism, promptness, reliability and honestly. Truly looking forward to working with her again in the future.

We found Felicia through a property we were interested in, upon meeting her I instantly knew she was the one to help us find the home we wanted. I am so glad we stuck with her through this process because Felicia was on top of it! We were looking in Temecula & the homes in our price range were going quick, Felicia made sure we got to see all of the homes available. We made several offers with Felicia's help and our 3rd offer got accepted!! We were so excited to have our first home in Temecula! However, my husbands commute was going to be almost 2 hours longer living there. When we brought this up to Felicia she was very understanding and helped us pull out of that offer. We then had one home in Fallbrook that we fell in love with (we dreamed of buying in Fallbrook) We knew the chances of getting this one home were slim, but she got us into see the home and helped us make our offer! During this process the other realtor was a bit difficult to deal with and Felicia was very professional and kept on top of it . . and we got the house!! I believe her hard work was to thank. When we met her to get the keys, it was like meeting a friend at your new home! She brought gifts for my children even! They really looked forward to seeing her each time we met up to view houses! She was a joy to work with and we will definitely be using her when we decide to sell and buy something different!

She was so helpful and so knowledgeable that it made the whole experience of buying a home truly stress free. I simply gave her the information needed and she took care of everything for me. It's really hard to find somebody who is so assertive and proactive. Felicia also made such a sincere effort to know exactly what I was looking for in a home rather than just trying to push a sale. There were actually several times where she would dissuade me from considering a home that she knew wasn't 100% right for me, making sure I considered to big picture. This isn't something you usually find in somebody who is trying to get a sale. It was a level of honesty and integrity that really left an impression on me.
